Subject: Still enjoyable to watch
THE GOLDBERGS was a wonderful program. The characters were so loving, and the show always had an interesting "slice of life situation.

I guess that the term Voodoo Visualizer would not have been well received in the early 1950's.

LOVE IT. Nowadays people are so wishy washy, they are terrifeid of being labeled..hater, anti semite..white supremcist etc etc. FUNNY IS FUNNY. Like the mans says.."A little song, a little dance..a little seltzer down your pants" The Goldbergs are a delightlful slice of Americana and Judaica.

Subject: Thank You
Thank you for uploading this. It's fun to see ethnic comedy from the early days of TV. Gertrude Berg was kinda cute. This is an intelligent show that, despite many setbacks, was quite popular. It was always up to date: In the final season, when many Jews were moving to the suburbs, the Goldgergs moved too. This episode is from when the series was set in a city. Even the RCA commercials here are fun and nostalgic. Overall, I'd give this a "Yay".

Sadly many episodes are lost, but some survive including over a dozen episodes from 1954 (when it aired on DuMont; this is an NBC episode, which are much more rare), I hope they are made commercially sold on DVD.
